You may cancel an Order by notifying us in writing before the Commencement day. Any monies paid by yourself will be refunded in full subject to the deduction of a discretionary administration charge of £100 and any costs that we have incurred in preparation for providing you with the Services should such notice be received less than 5 working days prior to commencement.

Refunds will be issued back to you as follows:
If you paid for your using a credit or debit card then your refund will be made back to the same card. This will appear in your account within five (5) days depending on your card issuer.
