Wooden windows replacement Kensington

In this wooden windows replacement Kensington case study, we discuss a project we completed on behalf of our customer in Kensington.

Problem

The Client owned a large grade 1 listed property. Major works were in the process of taking place. Some of the property still contained the original features, I.e. the windows. To match the unique features in the old sections of the renewed building, they needed a company to make duplicate windows – matching the originals that were to be retained.

Solution

We visited the property and did a thorough survey of all 65 windows to be manufactured. We then produced CAD drawings showing how the windows would look. Once these were approved, we started making the windows to the precise specifications.

Outcome

Once the windows were installed and finished, the client was jubilant. The windows were obviously new, but they matched the original windows and made the entire property seem aesthetically consistent.
