Your lovely and helpful team worked really hard last Saturday to finish getting my “new” sashes in place and the difference it makes is incredible, no more draft and rattling, a lot warmer and noticeably quieter, I should have done this much earlier! And what a pleasure to actually be able to open the window – this will be particularly wonderful in the summer, so I can’t wait.
