On St. Helens Road on Norbury, most of the properties were built with sash windows. They are all slightly different with some including coloured glass and others fitting the arch of the building. It is especially important to this area that the sash windows are kept with their original timber in place and are regularly painted. PVCu windows are ruining the appearance of the homes in this area.
